NATHAN DAVIS

Nathan Davis has broad experience across a variety of domains of technology, including machine learning, financial modeling, full-stack web development, and sound synthesis. He started his tech career by modeling the behaviors of baskets of equities for a boutique investment firm and then proceeded to develop novel techniques of modeling options prices through very efficient parallel computation on GPU clusters.

In addition to his work in financial technology, Davis has significant experience building consumer websites and apps, including edskip.com.

Davis has also worked in natural language processing, a field in which he holds two patents.

Davis is a co-founder of Steel House, where he maintains a small data center.

He holds a Ph.D. from the University of California, Davis.
